Insurance Broker Says "Healthcare Website Working"

According to a New Hampshire health insurance broker the website for the health insurance exchanges is operating smoothly and people are able to sign up in less than an hour.  Claude Peltz of Peltz Financial Services says that about half of those he enrolls qualify for a subsidy.
