Mass Health Connector Not Too Healthy

Despite years of operation, the Massachusetts Health Exchange website can't keep up with the changes imposed by the Affordable Care Act.  It's so bad that Massachusetts officials recommend using the telephone or completing a paper application to enroll in Obamacare.  David Ten Eyck of Ocean Employee Benefits explains.
